Privacy notice
Short version: I use your details to answer your enquiry and to do the job. Nothing else.
Who I am

What I collect
If you use the enquiry form or email me, I receive your name, phone number, email address if you give one, postcode and whatever you write in the message. If you become a customer I'll also hold the job address and a record of the work carried out.
Why I hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to quote and carry out work, and to keep the records I'm required to keep — gas safety documentation, unvented commissioning records and accounting records.
Who else sees it
Enquiries submitted through the form are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to my email inbox. Beyond that, your details are not sold, shared or used for marketing. I don't run advertising trackers on this site.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted once they're clearly dead. Customer job records are kept for as long as required for safety and accounting purposes, which is typically six years.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where I'm not required to keep it. Email me and I'll deal with it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
